By using the Wizerpath platform, website or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. What Personal Information We Collect
We collect personal information so we can deliver coaching and mentoring services safely and effectively. We obtain it in three main ways:

Information you provide directly – such as your name, age, gender, email, phone number, payment details required by our payment processor (we never store full card numbers), profile data (career goals, coaching topics, survey answers, uploaded files) and any communications you send us (messages, comments, reviews, support tickets).
b. Information we collect automatically – including usage data (pages viewed, session times, log files), device and technical data (IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers), cookies and similar tracking technologies, and interaction analytics recorded via Hotjar (e.g. heatmaps, click events, session recordings).
c. Information we receive from third parties – for example, limited data from service providers (to confirm session status or performance feedback), aggregated statistics from analytics and advertising partners, and publicly available information or social-sign-in data if you link an account.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
• Provide, operate and maintain the Platform and services
• Facilitate bookings, payments, session delivery and communication between users and service providers
• Personalise content, recommendations and (if you opt in) marketing messages
• Improve and develop new features, conduct research and compile analytics

We never sell your personal information.
We use cookies, pixels, local storage and similar technologies (including Hotjar) to authenticate you, remember preferences, measure site performance and audience insights, and deliver or measure interest-based advertising. 5. Third-Party Services
We engage trusted third-party providers for payment processing, hosting, data storage, analytics (e.g. Hotjar, Google Analytics) and communications/customer-support tools. They receive only the information needed to perform their services and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
6. Website Analytics & Tracking Tools
Analytics tools help us understand how visitors interact with the Platform. They may log pages visited, time spent, clicks, scrolls, navigation patterns and device/browser information. No sensitive data such as your coaching notes or full payment details is captured by these tools.
7. Data Storage & Security
We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards, such as encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls and regular security testing to protect your information. While no method is 100 % secure, we take reasonable steps to reduce risks.
8. Data Retention & Your Rights
Retention. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes outlined above or as required by law (e.g. tax records). When no longer required, we securely destroy or de-identify it.
Your rights. You may request to access or correct your personal information, opt out of marketing emails or request deletion (subject to legal limits).
